ORDERING INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDER

Domestic - The minimum order for new U.S. accounts is $250 and the minimum reorder is $100.

International - The minimum order for new international accounts is $1,000 USD and the minimum reorder is $500 USD. 

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept the following major credit cards:  MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be shipped FedEx Ground.  If you have a RUSH SITUATION we will do our utmost to accommodate it.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

All claims must be filed within 10 days of the invoice date.  All returns must be authorized; please call for a return authorization number.  All sales are final after 30 days.

GUARANTEE

Product specific guarantees are described below:

EquinoxTM Timepieces are backed by a 5 year limited warranty. The warranty is direct from the manufacturer. CCI Brands will not accept returns for service and nor should the retailer. In the event that service is required, the consumer should follow the instructions on the warranty card.

BACK ORDERS

Unless otherwise specified, we will back order items not delivered.  All back orders under $50 and older than 90 days will be cancelled unless it is a special order or you specify otherwise.
